Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

Where products in stock differ slightly from those shown on this web site, customers will be informed at time of order.  This may be colours, sizes or any other manufacturers’ changes that cannot be avoided.

Once processed, your order will generally be despatched in two working days.  You will be informed of any delays or stock issues when the order is placed.

Payment is required at point of order.

You agree and acknowledge that the information and views contained anywhere on the web site shall not in any way constitute professional advice and that any advice or information you may receive through the web site is in no way a substitute for professional advice

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery but ONLY if the goods are unused, in original condition, in their original packing and complete with all labelling and documentation. You must contact us within 28 days of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with your product or if it is defective.   Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Returns are accepted with phone or email authorisation.  We cannot accept returns that are sent back without prior authorisation.  Do not return items without receiving the returns number by phone or email.

Delivery address:  To allow delivery of your order to the address of your choosing.

Email address:  This is essential to buy from us.  We have a contractual responsibility to send you information about your order, such as confirmation of the order, to advise you when we have despatched your order.

We will ask you to confirm whether you are happy for us to share your phone number and email address with the courier delivering your order in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery (for example if they can’t find your address, or if there is a delay)
